Who is Rodger Bailey, the Developer of the LAB Profile?

Rodger has degrees in Social Science focused in Anthropology (BS, Fordham), Counseling (MS, U of Bridgeport) and post grad studies in Linguistics. He left his full-time Senior Programmer Analyst job at IBM to train and consult throughout the Americas and Europe with his newly developed linguistic tools for understanding human thinking, performance, and behavior patterns. He is highly sought after as an expert in recognizing and understanding behavioral and motivation traits in individuals and groups. 

 

This is an online, self-study program:

  • It is a series of 28 video lessons which work together to teach you exactly how to recognize and understand all of the patterns in the LAB Profile and which patterns this particular person being interviewed operates with.

Rodger became interested in linguistics while studying Anthropology at Fordham University with Margret Meade. He expanded his understanding of how language and behavior are intertwined during his graduate studies in Counseling. 

In 1977, he began studying NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) and started expanding the concepts and the patterns of metaprograms. He began training others in the LAB Profile and became the visiting Metaprograms Trainer at multiple NLP Master Practitioner programs in North America and Europe. 

His consulting and training practice grew to the point that he retired from IBM in 1980, and devoted full time to this work.
