Hello, my name is Sadie Beyl and my husband died in an accident in 2019. I am so fortunate that I have been practicing yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and various energy healing modalities for the past 20 years. These practices, together with my connection to Nature, are what helped me to move through my grief journey, one step at a time and this journey has inspired me to help you, to find your balance again, to help you clear the brain fog and to ignite a spark of hope for the future within you.
It doesn't matter if you've never meditated before - I will guide you every step of the way. In this course I'll teach you some easy and quick breathing and mindfulness exercises to help you combat your overwhelming emotions and, you'll learn how to invite the light of joy back into your life again.
