Do you dream about having a natural, unmedicated childbirth, but have doubts that you can do it? I've been through two unmedicated hospital births, despite having a ton of doubts and fear. Now, I love helping other first-time moms overcome this fear as well, prepare their body and their mind for an unmedicated birth, and forever have a birth story they too love to share.

Let me be clear: I am not a doctor. I'm not a nurse, or a midwife. I'm not a doula. I didn't go to school for this. I'm just a mom who has been through it twice. I spent countless hours throughout my first pregnancy researching and reading all the things natural and unmedicated birth related.

In this course, I share what worked for me, and what I believe will be helpful to you too. So, you can stop scouring the internet using up your precious time in pregnancy looking for tips and tricks. I've compiled them here into one place!

Your baby is going to enter this world one way or another. There is never a guarantee that things will go as planned. I do, however, believe that by preparing both the body and the mind (mindset is HUGE), we can greatly increase the chances of getting our desirable outcome.
