Ladies, I spent 5 years in the perimenopausal stage and 5 years in the menopausal stage. I spent a lot of time, energy, and money searching for relief and quick fixes. I was seeing a doctor, a functional medicine specialist, a gynecologist, and a naturopath - all at the same time! They gave me medication, supplements, and remedies and I was experiencing side effects instead of getting the relief I was seeking. I said to myself enough is enough.
I researched, read every book, took courses, and interviewed women who were going through it or had gone through it. I found that there are some safe, natural, and effective strategies that can be applied to reduce some of these symptoms. If I only knew then what I know now. I wish there was someone there to help me when I was going through it. I realized that I could help other women going through this. I serve women from 40 to 60 who want to deal with their perimenopausal and menopausal in a graceful and natural way.
