I will never forget, when I was 17 I had the opportunity to visit the Human Resources department in my Dad´s company in Venezuela, it was amazing, I felt so blessed to be surrouned by smart people in a Corporate world... from that day on I knew what I would dedicate myself to. That is why for more than 20 years, I have been dedicated to Human Resources management, which is still my passion.

I hold a degree in Industrial Relations at the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela. I have managed strategic compensation and benefits plans, quality of life programs, salary structures, variable incentive programs, budgets, merit increase plans, company stock programs, long and medium term recognition and bonuses, salary market studies, talent retention plans, job interviews and expatriate management.

By assuming important responsibilities in different companies such as the Oil sector (Petroquímica de Venezuela PEQUIVEN, Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. and Citgo Petroleum Co.), Food Manufacturing: Kraft Foods today MONDELEZ,  Colgate-Palmolive, Nestlé and Kellogg´s.  I developed and got deeper and deeper into the fascinating world of Total Rewards, having the opportunity to implement it in different companies in the Caribbean, United States, Europe, Central America, South America and Mexico.

Today, my intention is to consolidate, teach, support and share all my knowledge and experience to guide people towards better professional practices during their job searching.
